Basically today is the day where people celebrate and have fun with friends & family together. For this blog, I'm going to write in a more low-key way here, not going over the top like sometimes, so.
Let's put it this way, my family tree (Ngiam) is not very big, so there was a limited number of siblings in us. Also, I'm the youngest one, most of them are 10 years or ahead than me, so there's an age gap difference and beliefs also.
For me, this time when still in high school, I'll usually busy with going to friend houses and collecting red packets and living my life fully as a teenagers.
As time passes, people change, me also in nature went through changes as well, so the same person we meet in high school will react differently if we haven't been in contact for more than a year, let alone 6 months. If you did not hang out with your particularly friends, let's say 3 months the least, you guys definitely need to readjust the chemistry back together and both parties need to coordinate one or another to bring the relationship alive.
Deep down inside all of us sometimes in our lives, we sure made the judgement whether we still need to continue to commit the relationships or not due to events, experience and circumstances or so forth, but we just keep it to ourselves or life just happens and we did not realize it.
Let's not kid ourselves, even with the high school reunion or stuff like that, I'll not feel comfortable in my own skin. I'm a more introverted guy by nature. I'm doing my best to try and connect with other people who share the same values with me as possible. I'm much more ok by a group of 2-3 rather than a group of 10 or more peoples, it's usually the parties involving people that I never met before, I hate that, been there, done that. Unless that event is a formal ones, that is different.
The main focus I really want to say that is currently that I'm starting my own business as to transition from a part-time basis because I'm a full-time student to a long-term career (after I graduate). Many of the guy who's in my age group either is a student now in universities or already working in a factory professionally (for those who's studying in college). Now, I'm in my startup phase, even with festive seasons like this, I'm also grinding, doing the work I may not necessary like, to fix and improve my current business and also doing multiple jobs a week to keep my feet on the ground, as I'm not born into money. I had to make my money myself.
Now that I'm 22 this year, 2018. In another 8 years I'm going to turn 30 and I'll become ancient I guess. This year my goals for 2018 I uploaded in my YouTube channel. It's a big ass fucking goals I would say. Make 50,000 USD sales/ month on Amazon FBA & maintain 67 KG all year long.
Currently, I'm making consistently 400+USD sales/month (my profits sucks due to high advertising cost) I post my official profit from Amazon in my page (go check it out). I currently weigh around 75KG/ 165lbs morning right after I wake up and my height is around 5 ft 7 tall/ 173cm.
So just want to keep myself accountable, I think transparency is key and I have nothing to hide, but a visions to prove! That guy like me can make it from scratch, if I'm not able to make it, then I already make a fool out of myself, since I'm telling everyone about this now, I have nothing to hide now but to jump to the unknown.
Research also shows that guy with missions in life are more attractive than those who are not, even if you crash and burn, you're far still better than the person who sidewalks in life never become the player but audience only, and that's the bottom line for this post! See you on my next post!
(I have 600 friends on facebook, previously I had 1,200, then I deleted them. Initially, my goals was to keep it at 300 maximum but thought to myself, it's impossible after gone through all the person in my profiles. I truly hope that If 600 people of you, if 10 people of you, can connect and accept my message and like me the person of who I am. Then I've already achieve success in my own terms. Because this is what the core function of what social media is all about right, to connect each other, but in a more deeper level in my case. At least it makes me feel like I have a community to share my passions and beliefs to, like a big group of families that I'd never have, so that's why I created the facebook page and YouTube community, also active in my Instagram)
