5 ingredients to lose 10000KG/ LBS & Get Those Stunning 6 -Pack Abs Beach Body!!

Just saw Alex Becker post what he drinks during the intermittent fasting period, it is with this simple recipe.

Apple Cider Vinegar + Baking Soda Powder + Pink Sea Salt + Cinnamon Powder + Cayenne Pepper = healthy life 

Mix All and add a little bit of water & Drink this one time during your fasting period. 

Do this as much as you want during the week but personally, I won't recommend doing this every single day (for me).

You can do whatever you like and want. (I'm not a medical Doctor & never will become one, how sad). 




I haven't experiment it yet, but will definitely do so, because now currently am in exam period, don't want to try too much fancy stuff and upset the stomach and mood.

Also, I'm going to travel in the very near time, so. Hopefully, I got the opportunity to try and apply it in my daily routine, because mostly what I do now is normal fasting from wake-up time until noon, but during the fasting period, I drink green tea to cope my appetite. I've been doing this for a year or two now I guess, not every day, but many times of the week. Breakfast is foreign and new to me now, as I start my first meal after 12pm or longer, not later than 4pm. But the longer, the better, as I'm not feeling hungry at night. Also, I workout and sweat every single day in the morning before I had my first meal.

But hey, this is me, everybody got their own way to manage their health in their certain ways, as we're different in so many ways, in terms of schedule, body, way of preferences and etc.

No wrong or right answer, but this is what I'm currently doing and it kept my weight in check, my short and jeans in the right size, 32-inch at a 173cm height, just add a few more KG to my weight and I'm welcome to the overweight class family. Which I gladly don't want hopefully as long as it gets. because as this subject goes, you don't want to be too cocky. The last thing you want to do is regret what you said earlier.
