The Law of Reciprocity

When someone did a favor to you, you will feel that you will "owe them a return" for most people right? That's very true. 

You will find someway whatever reason to return the favor to them, no matter how big or small, so to justify it or 2 sides become 'equal'. 

The other side will reciprocate too, we can see in relationships, when a person keeps on giving and the another keeps on getting without giving back, sooner or later the relationships will be broken. 

Because this is the law, give and take. So, in the business world, how much you make is also equivalent to how much you 'give' values to people, and the marketplace will determine your worth. 

So, it's important to ask ourselves are we taking too much or giving too much, the key is in the moderation. too over into something is also not good, aim for balanced.
